Session Preparation Form

The Session Preparation Form is to be completed before each session. This will serve as the starting point each time we meet. Once you submit, we will both receive a copy.

 

  • How to make the most of your Coaching Session

    BE READY.  Fill out the prep form and get it to me the day before our session. This saves time and allows us to get the most out of each call. Even on days when you feel stressed or not ready for the call, make it anyway. This is an investment in you.

    BE REALISTIC.  Some coaching sessions will have those “a-ha” moments that help you turn corners, some will provoke new ideas and creative action, and some will simply be steps on the journey of getting to where you want to be. Be okay with that.

    ENJOY IT.  This is one of the few times that it is all about you. We will explore together what is in your head and, more importantly, what is in your heart. Working with your coach can be something you will look forward to.

    KEEP GROWING.  Each call lasts approximately 45 minutes, but you will often continue reflecting on it all week. Our time together is designed to motivate you to action between sessions. This is where the work begins to pay off.
